* ARKC event will be operated by Speed Factory staff, using Speed Factory’s TB Karts, following all Speed Factory safety procedures. ARKC will be officiated by PRA staff, following ARKC Rules and Regulations. PRA and ARKC will follow all standard Speed Factory safety procedures and guidelines, and all drivers will need to sign Speed Factory’s waivers before being allowed to participate. Speed Factory staff has the right to remove any drivers not following their standard safety procedures and guidelines.
